This store is so beautifully decorated. It takes you back to a time when department stores were elegant. I was also so impressed with the live pianist in the store. Way to add a huge touch of class to the shopping experience. I would shop here exclusively just because of how nice everything is.

I went to the Estee Lauder counter and had excellent service from Jacey. She helped me understand my skin type better and what products I need to use for skincare and makeup. She also went over what colors would look good on my skin tone and gave me tons of helpful information. I highly recommend going there! The store is well upkept and everyone working was pleasant and seemed happy to be there.

Love Von Maur! We’re so happy to have a quality shopping option with such a beautiful ambiance and attention to detail. (Not run-down like most other popular department stores in Okc.) Their sales are fantastic, and they rotate their stock so well—you always find something fresh and stylish. It’s such a treat to shop here!

This was my first time coming here and even finding out about this place and I wasn't disappointed. It's a huge anchor for Quail Springs Mall and it's nice to see malls ans stores like this still going strong.

The staff and service here are amazing. I came in an hour before close, needing an outfit for a nice dinner the next day. Vincent was able to answer all of my questions and even helped me style the outfit. Super professional guy. Rebecca and Katie are also great here. They took my measurements and were able to have my outfit tailored before my dinner. Not many places could or even WOULD have been willing to do such a rush job(especially a hour before close). Needless to say, I will be coming back here!

I had a great experience with Noelle and Rebecca and getting dresses altered! The live pianist is nice as well and the bathrooms are always well kept and fancy. I only spent $55 total on two (sale) dresses with alterations.

Such clean and inviting stores. Helpful staff with full service from the shoe Dept to the free gift wrapping in customer service. What a great asset this store is to not only Quail Springs Mall, but to the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. Thanks for being here!
